I can't say enough about [Claudeen]. I think she has the ability to "read" the dog and then coach the owner on how to address/change the behavior. She is able to look at the dog and owner and address the issues from a more holistic approach since she also has training in nutrition [and Tellington TTouch]. We were able to change 11 years of inappropriate behavior in about 4 months. He is now thriving.
